Under the Musical Directorship of Marianna Freeman, we are well established, self-financed, friendly four-part choir of around 40 - 45 singers and a registered charity.
We perform an eclectic range of Sacred and Secular music, accompanied and unaccompanied including traditional choral repertoire and lighter pieces such as Disney’s The Lion King to Les Misérables and What a Wonderful World. Our Christmas repertoire ranges from Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols to a medley from Muppets Christmas carol.
Over the years we have been privileged to collaborate with other choirs and musicians to share in music making. Recently we have joined with other choirs from across Great Britain in choir festivals at the Tower of London and in Milton Keynes.
Quorum’s joyful singing continues to delight audiences with varied concert programmes to suit all tastes. The choir has raised many thousands of pounds for local and national charities.

ask us to sing for you or your charity
Our choir loves singing to entertain audiences and to raise money to help others. In 2023-4 we were delighted to help other charities raise over £1,500 for their good causes!
We know that fundraising for good causes can sometimes be tough so, if you’re looking for a different way to raise much needed funds, please have a chat with us. Our typical model for raising money for charity is that you provide the venue and collect the audience’s donations whilst we, free of charge, provide the programme of musical entertainment.
We are also happy to perform at private celebrations and other events.
We have a flexible approach, singing a wide range of secular and religious music, accompanied or unaccompanied, and are equally comfortable singing in a field as we are in formal or large public venues.
